How We Run OpenClaw at knowandguide.com: Structure, Quality, and Accountability
Date: February 2026
We are moving from ad-hoc AI execution to a structured operating model. The objective is simple: improve delivery speed without lowering quality.
Our Agent Structure
- Claire — orchestration, governance, strategic direction.
- Jane — blog manager and communications 2IC.
- Bob — implementation owner for build work.
- James — independent code auditor and release gate.
- Bill — operations reporting and dashboard summaries.
Release Gate Principle
No code is uploaded to the internet without audit approval. That means every internet-facing release must pass a formal quality and security review, with explicit sign-off from James.
What’s New: Admin Dashboard
We are implementing a secure Admin page that shows operational health, overnight activity, agent task ownership, and release status at login. This creates direct visibility over what changed and what is ready for release.
Why This Matters
- Higher confidence in releases
- Clear accountability by role
- Improved transparency for daily operations
This is a practical governance model: clear roles, explicit gates, and measurable output.
